We always check the local forecast before every picnic. If the wind or weather makes it unsafe or uncomfortable, we’ll offer to:

  • Change the time
  • Switch to a more sheltered spot
  • Or reschedule to another day

No penalty for weather-related changes.

📍 Can you set up at our villa, garden, or a different beach? ›

Yes. Our standard beach picnic setup is in Lo Pagán. If you would like us to set up at a villa, private garden, or another approved location around the Mar Menor area, you can add our Custom Location Picnic option for +€20.

🧺 What’s included in each picnic? ›

All picnics include:

  • Boho décor, blankets & cushions
  • Low picnic table with styling
  • Plates, glasses & cutlery
  • Fairy lights / candles for ambience
  • Chilled water and small finishing touches

You just show up, enjoy, and leave the clean-up to us.

🍾 Do you offer drinks or food packages? ›

Yes. Optional drinks and food packages can be arranged in advance. All food is catered for by Rosi Cafeteria Encuentro, a popular local café known for quality grazing boards, sweet treats, and celebration cakes.

Menu options can include:

  • Curated grazing and sweet picnic options
  • Celebration extras such as cakes, balloons, and special touches
  • Drinks packages by request

⏱ How long does the experience last? ›

Standard picnics last up to 2 hours. If you’d like extra time, let us know and we’ll confirm whether an extension is possible on your chosen date.

Absolutely. Our picnic experiences are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals and other special occasions, with optional extras available on request.

🎁 Do you offer gift vouchers? ›

Yes. We offer digital gift vouchers, which make a lovely present for birthdays, anniversaries, romantic surprises, or someone visiting the Mar Menor.

Once payment is received, we send a personalised voucher that can be given to the recipient.

📅 Can the recipient choose the date later if it’s a gift? ›

Yes. For gift vouchers, the recipient can contact us later to choose a date that suits them, subject to availability.

💳 How do I book or secure a date? ›

To secure your picnic or gift voucher, simply complete our booking form and we’ll confirm the details with you. Bookings are secured once payment has been arranged.

🕒 How much notice do you need? ›

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for sunsets, weekends, birthdays and special occasions. If you need something at shorter notice, feel free to ask and we’ll let you know if we can fit it in.

👥 Is the €75 price for two people? ›

Yes. Our standard picnic experience is €75 for two people at our usual beach location in Lo Pagán. If you would prefer a custom location, there is an additional €20 setup fee.
